  • Made to order pottery differs from in stock pottery because it is created for you after you place your order.

As a small batch potter, my handcrafted art is unique in that no two pieces will ever be the same. From size to shape and color, the piece you receive may vary from the image displayed in this listing. While I strive to create consistency, the magic of pottery is not a science - it’s an art.

By placing your order, you agree to surrender to my creative process and appreciate the beauty of your unique piece of art. Please note that made to order pottery is final sale.

  • Yes! I’m happy to customize an existing design to your needs. For example, I can offer a different glaze combination, customize the details of a carved design, like the number of people or pets in a scene, hair length, color and texture, etc. and integrate a different type of crystal. The possibilities are endless! Visit the custom order page to learn more about my process and send your request.

  • Yes! I love to create handcrafted pottery through a joint collaboration; you share your vision and I’ll bring it to life. Visit the custom page to learn more.

  • Unless your piece has been embellished with gold luster, pearl luster or a crystal, you can place it in the microwave and dishwasher. However that being said, you are investing in a handcrafted piece of art and ideally it should be treated as such.

  • In stock pottery takes 2-3 days to process, unless otherwise specified.

If you need something shipped more quickly, I’m happy to work with you so please reach out.

  • Made to order and custom pottery can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to ship because it is being made for you, from scratch. Please see the individual piece for the specific timeframe associated with it.

If you are in a rush, please reach out - I may be able to put a rush on it, depending on my production schedule.

  • In most cases I prefer to package each piece individually to ensure each one arrives to its destination without any damage. When it’s safe to do so I’ll package together and refund any shipping overages back to you.

  • Yes, I do. If you try to check out and are unable to do so for your specific address, please contact me and I’ll provide you with a shipping estimate and next steps.

  • Pottery is fragile and I do my absolute best to package it safely. Once USPS takes the package, they are responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. However, I can help you through that process. Here’s how we’ll proceed:

    • Step 1: If your item arrives damaged, please take several photos of the damaged piece and packaging and contact me within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

    • Step 2: I’ll contact USPS. Please note that you may have to take the piece and packaging to your local post office if they request to inspect the damage. I’ll notify you if this is requested by USPS.

    • Step 3: I’ll create a new piece to replace the damaged one. Please keep in mind that because of the handcrafted nature of my work, no two pieces will be exactly alike.

  • I gladly accept returns and exchanges on in stock pieces, only.

To request a return for an in stock piece:

    • Step 1: Please contact me within 5 days of delivery to initiate the return.

    • Step 2: Ship the item back to me within 10 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Step 3: Upon receipt of the item, I’ll issue a refund or exchange. The item must be received in its original condition for the refund or exchange to be processed.

Made to order and custom pottery is final sale. However, if there is an issue with your order - please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll always do my best to rectify the issue.

  • To request a cancellation for an in stock item please contact me within 24 hours of purchase.
