Processing & shipping times

  • Processing times vary depending on the item.

    • In stock pottery takes 2-3 days to process, unless otherwise specified.

    • Made to order and custom pottery can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to process because it is being made for you, from scratch. Please see the individual piece for the specific timeframe associated with it.

  • Estimated shipping times depend on the shipping method you choose and are shown during checkout.

  • If you need something shipped more quickly, I’m happy to work with you so please reach out.

  • Please be aware that once the item has been shipped, it is out of my control and in the hands of USPS. I’m not responsible for any shipping delays; however, I am happy to help you track the item or find out any information that I can to assist you, so please reach out.

International shipping, customs and import taxes

  • All orders ship from the US. International shipping rates are fixed estimates. If the cost of shipping is lower than the estimate, you’ll be refunded the difference. If the cost is higher, you will be invoiced the difference via PayPal.

  • You are responsible for any customs and import taxes and duties that may apply. I'm not responsible for any delays due to customs.

  • If you try to checkout and are unable to do so for your specific address, please contact me and I’ll provide you with a shipping estimate and next steps.

Returns, exchanges & cancellations

  • I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on in stock pieces, only. Any sale items are final sale.

  • To request a return for an in stock piece:

    • Step 1: Please contact me within 5 days of delivery to initiate the return or exchange.

    • Step 2: Ship the item back to me within 10 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Step 3: Upon receipt of the item, I’ll issue a refund or exchange. The item must be received in its original condition for the refund or exchange to be processed.

  • Made to order and custom pottery is final sale. However, if there is an issue with your order - please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll always do my best to rectify the issue.

  • To request a cancellation for an in stock item please contact me within 24 hours of purchase.

Damaged in shipping

  • Pottery is fragile and I do my absolute best to package it safely. Once USPS takes the package, they are responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. However, I can help you through that process. Here’s how we’ll proceed:

    • Step 1: If your item arrives damaged, please take several photos of the damaged piece and packaging and contact me within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

    • Step 2: I’ll contact USPS. Please note that you may have to take the piece and packaging to your local post office if they request to inspect the damage. I’ll notify you if this is requested by USPS.

    • Step 3: I’ll create a new piece to replace the damaged one. Please keep in mind that because of the handcrafted nature of my work, no two pieces will be exactly alike.
